I am a hand’s on multi skilled tradesman locally based between Bicester and Buckingham, but also willing to travel further afield for large projects,
As a sole trader I work on a project by project basis, normally only undertaking one project at a time, working directly with you the client. As such rather than tendering for contracts as a main or sub-contractor, I provide my services at very competitive rates based on my labour only, with you the client free to go sourcing and providing materials and any relevant enabling plant, such as access scaffolding etc, so you can benefit from no mark up’s and reap any cost savings. That said I can assist you in product and supplier research and sense checking any costs you receive, providing you with impartial advice and recommendations.
I have a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in both traditional construction and the latest eco build practices and techniques.
